Need the best caffeine-free teas for a morning energy boost? Or a sleepy time of herbs that taste delicious and may help you fall asleep easily? Or you want to make herbal iced tea to drink throughout the day? We sourced over 70 unique blends with traditional, simple, beneficial, or rare ingredients.
Origins of Our Herbal Teas
Herbal teas of tisanes include a wide variety of ingredients from all over the world. We source our unflavored and flavored herbal teas from different continents–from South America to Asia and Africa. Herbal teas are all teas made from any plant, fruit, flower, or root except Camellia sinensis. They can offer hundreds of flavors and hundreds of health benefits, but share two important characteristics: they are very easy to brew and contain no caffeine. The exception is Yerba Mate, a South American naturally caffeinated herbal tea.
Many tisanes are rich in antioxidants, such as chamomile, honeybush or rooibos Some of them are very rare and unique–unfermented naturally caffeine-free green rooibos that can easily be compared with green tea in both benefits and flavor, roasted Yerba Mate with unique roasted notes similar to some black teas and perfect for cold brewing, or different adaptogens such as eleuthero root, ashwagandha and tulsi.

Brewing Tips for a Great Cup
Herbal tea is usually very easy to brew. Bring fresh spring water to a boil and let it cool down for 5-10 seconds. By allowing it to cool down, hard water particles will settle on the bottom and give a clear liquor and better flavor. You can brew all herbal teas with boiling water except for green Yerba Mate.
Preheat your teapot or a mug by pouring boiled water in and out. Measure one or two teaspoons of your favorite herbal tea. Place the leaves into a teapot or use an infuser and steep for 3-5 minutes or longer. Strain. Drink the tea while still hot. You can re-steep the same leaves until the flavor is gone, usually one more time.
