Description
Lu An Gua Pian, "Liuan Melon Slice", is one of China's ten most famous teas. It was originally produced in Liuan County in Anhui, it is known as a hearty single large leaf green tea with a little refinement. This Lu An Gua Pian comes from a cultivar in Qiyunshan, China.
When brewing this tea you'll be experiencing a very "raw" green tea that takes you back to the roots of green tea from China.
Lu An Gua Pian is best served neat and hot. Though you can use the brewed leaves in a reusable water bottle to do a cold brew.
Brew 2 tsp at 180F for 2 to 3 minutes
