Receive a personalized tea club subscription box every month. After you join, create a Tea Profile for yourself and we'll use your personal taste preferences to build a tea experience you'll love. Every month you'll get teas that capture the spirit of the season and teas that will surprise you. All while we work to send you teas that'll be "Your cup of tea".
Step 1 - Select between the Essentials Tea Club (2 teas), Plus Tea Club (3 teas), or Deluxe Tea Club (4 teas) to decide how many teas you receive each month. Teas are selected for you by our TEA-m based on your Tea Profile.

Step 3 - Review the teas you've received as you browse Simple Loose Leaf's tea selection. We'll use your tea reviews to build on your Tea Profile.
Personalized Tea Subscriptions ship on Tuesdays and Fridays. If you need faster shipping or a different schedule, email us at Sales@SimpleLooseLeaf.com. Memberships renew on the monthly anniversary of when the membership was created.

Due to health concerns, we can't accept teas that have been opened as returns. But reach out to us about your experience and we'll work with you to make sure you're happy with your purchase.
You absolutely can. If you create a Tea Profile with the same email address that is used on your Simple Loose Leaf account, we'll use your personal preferences to select what teas are sent as part of your subscription or gift membership.
Simple Loose Leaf has adopted a simple shipping model. Tea Subscriptions and Gift memberships have the cost of shipping included in the price you pay.
Individual tea orders pay for the shipping they use and get free shipping on orders over $70.
With the best shipping rates being for 12 ounces of tea or less, typically.
Orders ship on Tuesdays and Fridays right now. Tea Subscriptions and Gift memberships will ship 5 to 10 business after the renewal.
And tea orders ship within 2 to 3 business days of the order being place.
