Apple Cider Vinegar Tea RecipeApple cider vinegar drink is very easy to make. Although the most common recipe includes cinnamon and lemon, you may change the ingredients to suit your taste. It goes well with a bit of rosemary leaves, or with lemon and honey. For ours, we used powdered cinnamon, honey and green tea, and a teaspoon of lemon juice. Choose organic apple cider vinegar of a higher quality. Different types have a different flavor, so choosing the right one is important for getting the tastiest cup. In other words, if you wouldn’t like to drink it just diluted in water, don’t use it for making tea either.
You will need:
- About 200 ml of hot water (or a bit more)
- 1-2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon of honey
- 1 teaspoon of green tea (Mao Jian)
- A few drops of lemon juice from fresh lemon
- Black pepper corns
- Lemon juice
- Sage leaves
- Cinnamon powder
