Each pouch contains 0.8 oz (22.5 g) of tea. This is enough for about 8-10 cups.

Some of our teas may be lighter or heavier than this general average. For example, Chamomiles are very light and Herbals with dried berries can be much heavier.

We source our teas from top tea companies in North America and overseas.

We've personally tasted thousands of teas and curated our favorite selections for our subscription.

Our customers also have a lot of say on what teas make it into our subscription. After 10 years in business, we've shipped millions of pouches of tea to hundreds of thousands of customers.

We maintain a roster of about 300 teas. Teas that are loved make it into our subscription. Teas that are not get dropped from our roster.

Teas are only repeated in our subscription after 10-12 months.

Your first box will ship within 24-48 hours (Mon-Fri.)

Shipments and Renewals for future boxes always takes place on the 1st of the month.

If you sign up before the 25th, your next shipment/renewal will be on the 1st.

Ex: You sign up April 20th. Your first box ships right away and your next shipment is May 1.

If you sign up after the 25th, you are shipped next month's box and your next shipment is the 1st of the following month.

Ex: You sign up April 27th. Your first box will be the May teas and your next shipment/renewal will be June 1st.

Monthly renewals/shipments always happen on the 1st, and generally ship by the 5th-7th of the month.

You can pause, skip, or cancel anytime by logging into your account.

Cancelling prevents future renewals. It does not undo prepaid shipments or cancel/refund renewals that already took place.

We only ship to the United States, and US military addresses.

All shipping is done via USPS.

Shipping on subscriptions is always free.
