Phoenix Mills is a rooibos blended tea that combines honeybee pollen and vanilla to form a wonderfully sweet and light cup of tea. The natural notes of sweet in the rooibos complement the honey and vanilla to offer a great bedtime drink since this tea is caffeine free.
You can enjoy this tea brewed hot or cold, but we highly recommend that you use a fine straining method due to the small nature of rooibos tea. You can end up with more “tea dust” in the bottom of your cup.
