Dragon Well, the literal translation for Longjing Tea, is a flat style leaf that is fired shortly after being picked. The firing stops the oxidation of the leaf and maintains a delicate and slightly sweet flavor profile.

When brewing this tea, make sure to not over steep or burn the tea. Steep it for just 30 seconds to begin with, then steep the tea again adding 30 seconds. The 4th, 5th and 6th steepings are where this tea really starts to shine. If you can, give this tea your full attention and really experience what it has to offer.
