The first time we smelled this tea it reminded us of the soft lemon scent left after gently rolling a fresh lemon over in the hands. The mild scent of lemon that fills the room without pushing out the other scents that fill the space. And when brewing, we enjoyed more of the black tea notes that came through. Black Lemon is not a bold tea meant to sweep you off your feet in a shower of sparks. Instead it will woo with a gentle sweetness from the Indian black tea and soft lemon flavor like that of a lemon icing.

We recommend that you serve this tea with a slice of lemon if you want a more pronounced lemon experience. But if you enjoy the subtlety of this tea, serve it hot with some lemon cake. The combination will be a joy to experience.
